The friends, whose firms are thriving despite the tough economic climate, believe their business tips for those just setting up, or for business-women feeling the effects of the recession could mean the difference between success and failure.
They will be staging a business advice drop-in session at The Royal Hotel, High Street, Sutton Coldfield from 10am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 2nd November.

Set at the stunning Mallory Court Hotel Warwickshire
A few weeks ago I had the wonderful opportunity of working with the very inspiring Jo Cameron most of you will know her from the hit TV show The Apprentice and a Winner of The Weakest Link . Jo is the brains behind the `Network of Aspiring Women` so she hand picked a fantastic team of professional Make up artists and hairdressers for a photo shoot with Andy from B72 Imaging
Set in the stunning Mallory Court Hotel in Warwickshire - The objective was to work with some of Warwickshire's top businesswomen and as Emily Jane said turning them into... 'ladies of the manor' for the day. When I arrived I was greeted by fabulous team of Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists and others who would all pull together for the shoot.
In the make up room - there was EstherMarie , Adele and Emily Jayne all with our own unique style. Being a make up artist you are normally working on your own so it was great fun to be part of a team, checking out each others kit and having lots of fun over looking the stunning gardens... Jo Cameron's Network of Aspiring Women are truly a great bunch of ladies. All very successful at what they do! Here are a few behind the scenes photos... A great day for sure.. cant wait to do it again!!

During the evening Esther reviewed the Clients Make Up Bags and demonstrated why the products that they had purchased were not performing... maybe because they were the incorrect colour or the texture. Esther then did a full Make Up on each Client sharing with them all the skills she has have learnt over the last 22 years. A great night was had by all and it was great to see the new confidence in the way they looked and developed application skills that you will never forget and that will last a life time.

The story of EstherMarie…
I founded EstherMarie in 2004 using my 22 years of knowledge working within the fashion and cosmetic industries.
In this time I travelled Europe working with numerous leading names including;
Max Factor Cosmetics, The Lancaster Group UK Cosmetics, Suncare and fragrances, Revlon International, La Perla Lingerie, Swimwear and fashion.
I also work as a Make-Up artist for brands including Lisa Shepherd Hair and The Wardrobe Fashion Boutique, industry exhibition shows including the ‘clothes show live’. I am also the Beauty editor for streetsAHEAD magazine.
Understanding that Make-Up can play an important role to develop confidence and gain self esteem I set up EstherMarie Make-Up Workshops and Events to pass my knowledge onto others in a fun and relaxed environment.
